2023 Scholarship Annoucement

Annoucing the 2023 IUPAT Scholarship Opportunities

The IUPAT Scholarship Committee is providing contuining education opportunites for the children of IUPAT members. There are two scholarships being offered:

1. S. Frank “Bud” Raftery Scholarship- To apply for this scholarship: All applicants must submit by email, an essay in PDF format, no less than 1,000 words and no more than 2,000 words, on an essay topic selected by the IUPAT Scholarship Committee as well as complete the application form (please see attachment)

2. A.L. “Mike” Monroe/Ralph D. Williams III Sports Scholarship - To apply In 1000, words describe why you should receive this award! Plus complete the application form (please see attachment)
All applicants must meet the following requirements: 
•He/she must be a legal dependent of an IUPAT member in good standing. 
•Supply an official high school transcript. 
•A complete history of athletic participation and special recognition in high school. 
•Register with the NCAA Clearing House and declare the athletic program in which he/she will be participating. 
•A letter of recommendation must be submitted from the coach or athletic director of the institution the applicant has been accepted and has chosen to attend. 
•A complete record of additional financial aid.
 

The deadline to apply for either scholarship is May 31, 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity and we would love to see the children of our District Council 11 members recieve this support! Please click the attachments and links below for more details/application forms
