As a member of District Council 11 we offer no-cost voluntary and confidential help from licensed counselors who have vast experience in dealing with all types of issues from the Lower Hudson Valley Employee Assistance Program. Their goal is to assist our members and families by lowering stress and help them function better in their personal life and career. They specialize in support with challenges such as Elder Care, Drinking Problems, Personal Loss, Substance Abuse, Anxiety & Depression, Anger Management, Marriage Problems, Legal Problems, Health Issues, Financial Pressures, Children Issues, Job Stress/Burnout, and much more.
